SRC is a Georgia based private provider of health care services for persons
with disabilities. We are committed to bringing the best quality
of life possible to individuals we serve through SRC programs.
Our programs support persons who have always
lived in the community or may have previously lived in institutions.
We provide programming in a variety of physical locations
including consumer leased or agency leased apartments, consumer
homes, host family or group home settings.
SRC provides a support structure to help
each individual receive the supervision and assistance he
or she needs as an individual to live a better life.
SRC encourages persons with disabilities
to make choices in their lives. SRC honors and supports their
choices.

Our programs offer behavioral supports
for persons with behavioral challenges and we provide nursing
supervision for persons with specialized medical challenges.
We coordinate with or provide day programming as well as residential
programs for the consumers we serve.
People Make the Difference
Our health care staff is fully trained to meet all
state and federal standards and requirements. This includes
basic training in such areas as CPR, First Aide, and client
care. In addition each direct care staff person receives intense
training in all areas of consumer support, including consumer
rights, communication and professionalism, and may receive
specialized training to assist and work with ventilator dependent
consumers or persons with severe behavioral needs..
Licensed provider...
SRC is a licensed provider of Private Home
Care & Personal Care Home Services in Georgia. We operate with the approval
of both the Department of Human Resources and the Department
of Medical Assistance.
In May, 2006 SRC received national accreditation
from CARF -- The Rehabilitation Accreditation. SRC received
the highest rating given by CARF.

of quality care to all persons we serve. We utilize
QualityAssurance and Improvement oversight committees made
up of consumers, families, and professionals.
